*Tents will be delivered and set up at locations agreed upon. If wind exceeds 30  mph, Parties & Events will need to be notified. A qualified tent director will make the  decision whether to take the tent down or leave it up. Parties & Events will not  refund the cost of the tent due to unforeseeable weather issues.

Tent Permit Fee (Paid by customers) Per Tent Mon-Friday $135.00.  Weekends/After Hours $250.00. 

Prices include set up and take down of tents. Prices do not include delivery fees*
