Terms & Conditions

Reservations: No down payment is required at the time of your reservation. Rental price is the daily/weekly rate. Payment is expected 3 weeks prior to the event. No deletion of any item(s) 2 weeks prior to the event.  No refund is given on any items cancelled within 2 weeks prior to delivery or customer pick up. 

Delivery: Must be arranged in advance for a nominal fee. We deliver to all surrounding areas Monday-Friday. All deliveries are made to a dock, door or garage that is immediately accessible to our trucks. 

Rates are quoted for ground floor delivery. 

Set up & take down/afterhours service: Set up & take down after hours service is available if arranged in advance. Please call 806-355-7763 for pricing. 

Care of equipment: All china, silver, utensils, etc... should be rinsed free of food and replaced in the same containers as received. Gold and Hammered flatware must be returned in the same quantity as received. You will be charged for a FULL SET if any pieces are missing. (Ex- if one gold spoon is missing, you will be charged $45.00. If one hammered spoon is missing, you will be charged $40.00)  Linens should be DRY and free of gum, wax etc...and NOT stored in plastic bags WET or DAMP. Tables and chairs should be folded, stacked (ready for pick up) and placed in one location. Equipment must be protected from the weather. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional charges. 

Responsibility: Rented items are the responsibility of the customers from the time of possession to time of return. We ask that you count your items upon taking possession to verify that quantities are correct. If they are not, please call the office. Additional charges will be applied for all damaged, missing items or equipment. 

Retaking of the equipment: If customer fails to return all rented items upon agreed time, customer agrees to pay for all additional charges. If a customer refuses to return rented items, the customer agrees that Platinum Parties & Events, LLC and agents may take all reasonable actions necessary to recover rented items without prior notice or legal process.
