Terms &Conditions


A down payment is required at the time of your reservation. Rental price is the daily/weekly rate. Payment is expected 3 weeks prior to the event. No refund is given on any items cancelled within 3 weeks prior to delivery or customer pick up. Orders placed the week of the event are required to be paid in full the day the order is placed. There will be no deletions or refunds if you decide to cancel

the order.


Must be arranged in advance for a nominal fee. We delivery to all surrounding areas Monday thru Friday. All deliveries are made to a dock, door or garage that is immediately accessible to our trucks. Rates quoted are for ground floor delivery. No setup included in our delivery fee. Setup up & take down or after hours service must be arranged prior to event. Please call 806-355-7763 for pricing.


All china, silver, utensils, etc. should be rinsed free of food and replaced in the same containers as received. If dishes are not rinsed, you will be charged $2.00 each. If you are at a location without water, please let us know. We will charge you up front. Gold flatware needs to be hand washed & dried before returned. ALL flatware must be returned the same quantity as received. Any missing flatware will be charged for a full set. Example ( missing 1 gold fork will be a $95.00 charge, missing 1 hammered spoon will be a $60.00 charge). Linens should be DRY and free of gum, wax, food, or stains etc. Linens with pen marks, permanent markers, or food stains on them when returned will be charged the price of a new table cloth. Please do NOT store in plastic bags WET or DAMP. Tables and chairs should be folded, stacked (ready for pick up) and placed in one location. Equipment must be protected from the weather. Cross back chairs, farm tables, wine barrel bars or wood bars cannot be left outside. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.


Tents will be delivered and setup at location agreed upon. If wind exceeds 20-30 mph Platinum Parties &Events, LLC will assess whether we will erect tent or not. We also need to be notified if high wind or a storm arise. A qualified tent director will make the decision whether to take down or leave up. Platinum Parties & Events, LLC will not refund the cost of the tent due to unforeseeable weather issues.


All dance floors must be used indoors upon the events you have permission from Platinum Parties &Events, LLC to use them outdoors, a tent or awning must be covering the floor.


Rented items are the responsibility of the customer from time of possession to time of return. We ask that you count your items upon taking possession to verify that quantities are correct. If they are not, please call the office. Additional charges will be incurred for all damaged, missing items or equipment. If customer fails to return all rented items upon agreed time, customer agrees to pay for all additional charges. If customer refuses to return rented items, the customer agrees that Platinum Parties & Events, LLC and agents may take all reasonable actions necessary to recover rented items without prior notice or legal process. 

Parties &Events requires 2 forms of  ID to rent from us with one credit card on file.
